This work is an official spin-off manga of 'My Hero Academia', with Hideyuki Furuhashi handling the script, Betten Court handling the art, and original author Kohei Horikoshi participating in supervision. The manga has concluded, with a total of 15 volumes. The adapted anime has aired 2 seasons so far, totaling 26 episodes, and there has been no announcement regarding the production of a third season. The story is set several years before the main story. The protagonist, Koichi Haimawari, admires heroes but couldn't become an official professional hero. He usually uses his 'Quirk' to help others, but one day, after meeting a mysterious man who calls himself 'The Cleaner', he gradually embarks on a path of unauthorized hero activities. Unlike the main story, which focuses on UA students and professional heroes, this work depicts another form of hero story from the perspective of people without hero licenses. Honestly, I wasn't particularly drawn in when I first started watching, but it was nice to see familiar characters from the main story appear. It felt like a nostalgia boost~~ For example, there's a part about Aizawa-sensei's student days 😆 When I read the main story, I felt that Aizawa-sensei, who desperately protected his students, cared for them. After watching this, I could better feel that he doesn't step in just because they are his students, but rather he actively helps anyone (and cats 🐱) in need. I think it's interesting how this work supplements the image of the main characters from a different perspective 😁 I didn't specifically look for the manga to catch up, but I'm still looking forward to a sequel anime~

I was particularly surprised to see there are up to 9 potential heroines! 🤣 While the Onmyoji and phantom theme is quite appealing to me, harem genres aren't really my cup of tea, so I probably won't be following this one. However, the original work has a certain level of popularity and has received manga awards, so I'm sharing it for those who might be interested in this type of story~

What shocked me the most was that two of his teammates, who grew up with Lent since childhood, completely disregarded their past relationship and banished him. I really want to see them regret it later 🤣 The ending of the first episode left me hanging in a way that made me want to see more, and after watching, I felt this series was perfect for airing two episodes at once! Although the second episode started with some new developments, the overall pacing felt a bit slow. However, the little fairy that appeared left a strong impression on me; despite her cute appearance, she was surprisingly sharp-tongued, which was an interesting contrast 😆 Also, when Lent first appeared holding a piggy bank 🐖, I thought it was a special item that came with his ability, but it turned out he brought it from home to use as a medium for borrowing and returning magic, which I found strangely cute 😆 While "exile tropes" seem common, I haven't encountered many such works before, and I don't mind familiar plots, so it didn't feel cliché to me. If you're someone who minds "another exile story," you might want to reconsider~ Currently, I hope Lent becomes a bit more decisive soon, and I'm looking forward to the heroine's appearance to bring a different atmosphere to the story! This is a shonen manga that I absolutely love, a classic hero story, and it ranks in my top three (considering only completed works. 'Attack on Titan' is first, but I'm still deciding if this is second or third place😆). The story is set in a world where most people possess superpowers called 'Quirks'. Izuku Midoriya, a boy born without a Quirk, dreams of attending U.A. High School, inspired by his admiration for heroes. His fate begins to change after he meets his idol, the hero All Might. The series features a large cast of characters, each with unique Quirks, abilities, and growth journeys. I particularly appreciate how the author utilizes the different 'Quirks'. Abilities aren't simply categorized by strength; they have their own characteristics and limitations. Through tactical planning and the cooperation between characters, even those whose Quirks aren't exceptionally powerful in direct combat can play crucial roles in the right situations. Especially during the final battle, seeing how many characters who had appeared throughout the series could contribute in their own ways was truly moving! It made me feel that the character development and foreshadowing built up over the long story were not in vain. I really enjoy this kind of ensemble narrative that doesn't just focus on the protagonist but allows numerous characters to collectively shape the story. It's a work that left me feeling incredibly satisfied🥰 On a side note, my favorite characters are Aizawa-sensei and Hawks. I love the contrast between their usually laid-back/flirty demeanor and how cool they become when it counts!😆

After watching the anime, it felt like it wasn't finished, so I looked it up and found out the manga is still ongoing. I'm super excited for a second season. I really want to see how their stories develop, I love all three couples!!!

Additionally, the author has previously created manga with assassin and suspense themes, suggesting a knack for such unique settings. Currently, there isn't much romance; it mainly focuses on family bonds and action, which suits my preferences! Adding it to my watchlist for now 😁
