Starring: Namkoong Min, Park Eun-bin, Oh Jung-se, Jo Byeong-gyu Episodes: 16 Synopsis: A passionate workplace drama set against the backdrop of professional baseball. It tells the story of the perpetually last-place team 'Dreams' as they welcome their unconventional new general manager, Baek Seung-soo (Namkoong Min), and prepare for the new season by reorganizing the team and reforming its corrupt system during the offseason (Stove League). The series rarely focuses on direct wins and losses on the field, instead delving deep into the front office, showcasing realistic aspects like player trades, salary negotiations, roster restructuring, and power struggles within the higher-ups.

Just finished watching this short drama. It wasn't long, only about an hour. The story is about the male lead who flew from Hong Kong specifically to attend his best friend's wedding. However, upon arriving at the hotel entrance, he overheard his friend's wife and her best friend speaking Cantonese. Later, when he entered the banquet hall, he was seated in a corner. His friend's wife and mother-in-law then proceeded to verbally insult him. They fell out over this, but not long after, his friend flew to Hong Kong to find him and publicly knelt to apologize at his company's entrance. They reconciled after this, and he ended up working at his friend's company. This is a worthwhile short drama to watch. There's no scheming or plotting, just brotherhood.

One day, Lian suddenly and coldly declares he doesn't love Kuea at all and wants to break off the engagement. Heartbroken, Kuea decides to shed his good-boy facade and be his true self. However, what he doesn't know is that the deeply cunning Lian has already seen through all his secrets, and all his coldness was merely a 'trap to catch a husband' set to lure this tsundere little cat into revealing himself. As they begin living together, the two engage in a battle of love, marked by mutual pampering and teasing, and the peeling away of masks amidst business games and emotional tug-of-war. This is the drama with the longest "kiss scenes" I've ever watched! ❤️ Most of the OST songs in this series are sung by the main actor NuNew~ They are truly amazing!!

Style: Time travel, sweet romance, retro visuals🤣 Review: I was really into Thai dramas for a while. Thai actors are almost all mixed-race, so they're all handsome and beautiful. Looking back now, the picture quality is very retro🤣 But the plot is truly sweet enough to rot your teeth❤️ The most heartbreaking thing is that the male actor became a little angel😭 Remembering OM with my previous review🌠 Male lead OM plays the ancient diplomat Thep, Female lead Pancake plays the extraordinary woman Manee who travels from modern times to ancient times ✨ The drama's pacing is smooth, no melodrama, and no evil female supporting characters, just an annoying male antagonist. The emotional development between the male and female leads is very fast, and their interactions are very sweet❤️ At first, I didn't find the female lead Manee particularly striking, but after she met the male lead Thep (young master), whether it was making Thep take medicine, or begging Thep with a heart gesture, or calling "Young Master, Young Master" in a coquettish tone, it all made me laugh and find her cute🥰 I rarely see a female lead who looks so beautiful even with mud smeared on her face while pretending to be a ghost❤️ Manee is a natural, straightforward, and somewhat clumsy girl, but she happened to meet the reserved Young Master Thep. One is proactive and the other is passive, one is direct and the other is indirect, one talks a lot and the other talks little, they are truly a match made in heaven. The male lead Thep is a complete tsundere young master, reserved, conservative, and preachy, often gazing at the female lead with deep affection. He's usually calm, but when it comes to Manee, he easily loses his composure. OM acted brilliantly. His eyes were deep and expressive.

BG Novel Recommendation: "A Joyful Tale" *Novel/Multi-voice Audiobook Author: Mu Ying Protagonists: Xie Jingchen / Su Jin Length: Main story 1264 chapters, approx. 2.86 million characters Synopsis: With a single transmigration, Su Jin became the eldest daughter of a bandit family who had just been recruited and enfeoffed. This family is no ordinary bunch: her father is valiant and prone to trouble, her mother is beautiful and prone to trouble, and her brother is handsome and prone to trouble. The entire household perfectly embodies what it means to be "chaotic and noisy." In comparison, Su Jin felt she was exceptionally sensible. She merely happened to snatch a man off the street to be her "house-bound husband." Unexpectedly, this Crown Prince Xie Jingchen of the Zhenguo Duke's mansion, whom she brought back, is not only aloof and domineering but also suffers from a strange poison. To help her husband detoxify and establish a foothold in the Marquis's mansion, the intelligent and formidable Su Jin engages in a battle of wits with the cunning Crown Prince, embarking on her hilarious journey of palace intrigue, farming, and business to make a comeback. This is probably the first multi-voice performed audiobook I've listened to~ It's very interesting!! The voice acting is also great~ I really like this story!

Chinese Drama 'Ya Xi' Starring: Chen Xingxu, Lu Yuxiao, Dai Xu, Ma Sichao, Li Tingting Episodes: 28 (approx. 45 minutes each) Genre: Urban, Romance, Workplace, Scripted Murder Mystery (similar to escape room/role-playing) Original Work: 'Ya Xi' by Zu Le Synopsis: 'Hu Xiu', who has hit rock bottom in life, tries an immersive scripted murder mystery game at a friend's suggestion. In the game, she meets 'Xiao Zhiyu', a top architect playing the role of the ace NPC 'Qin Xiaoyi'. On-screen, they are figures from the Republican era, constantly probing and testing each other; off-screen, Xiao Zhiyu unexpectedly becomes Hu Xiu's tenant and boss. The intertwining identities in and out of the drama, and their mutual attraction, allow them to gradually open up amidst their bonds in reality and virtuality, unfolding a romantic and healing urban love story. Because of this drama, I really want to try playing a scripted murder mystery game too, playing different characters! This theme is very novel, and it's what made me fall in love with it from the first episode!
