319 days since my injury. Had a follow-up appointment today. The doctor said my recovery after 2 months of surgery is okay. I can gradually start practicing standing up. But my foot keeps getting sharp pains and numbness frequently 😩 Even with the B12 prescription, the numbness hasn't completely gone away 😩 Looks like I'll have to manage this long-term 😮💨 Getting an EMG test at the end of the month. Hope they can find the cause of the numbness and pain. I already had sleep issues, and now with the pain and numbness, I can't sleep at all. Keep going! 🙏🏻

On my bike ride to work this morning, I noticed the weather's gotten a bit cooler. Everyone should wear an extra layer!

The weather suddenly got chilly recently, and my throat feels weird again, plus I can feel a runny nose coming. Gotta take some medicine quickly. After October, it's always the same old story of sniffles left and right. Could it be that the vaccine I got last year has expired? 🤨🤨

It's been over 300 days since I got injured. My leg still feels uncomfortable. It's so severe that my muscles have atrophied. I have trouble even standing, let alone walking, running, or jumping. I don't know when I'll be able to live normally again.

Finally, a holiday where I can sleep until I naturally wake up. Waking up to see the sunshine and my child sleeping soundly beside me brings infinite satisfaction!

I spent almost the entire day coding on my computer today. I've always envied people who can interact with the teacher right away during class. I can't understand anything and can't write code either. They say 'the early bird catches the worm,' but it seems like flying early doesn't help much.

It was surprisingly good and crispy, like a rolled tortilla.

Gotta work on a holiday, but seeing the sunshine the moment I stepped outside really brightened my mood. What did everyone else do today?
