A new anime based on the mobile game "Monster Strike" is scheduled to premiere on January 5, 2027. The story takes place in a city where a large-scale explosion occurred six years ago, miraculously with no casualties, and a mysterious sphere called "Glass Sun" floats in the sky. Ryōnen, a boy living a mundane life, somewhat out of sync with his surroundings, meets a mysterious girl named Sertin on his 16th birthday, and his once black-and-white daily life begins to change. I've never played "Monster Strike," so I'm completely unfamiliar with the game's original story, but the art style in the visuals alone is quite appealing to me 😆

Thanks for sharing! Haven't played it but I'm interested. As usual, you can expect good quality animation when there's a sponsor (game company) involved, right? All that's left is the script, I might check out the scriptwriter.

Monster Strike anime, huh... (long sigh) I've played this game for 11 years and never really expected anything from its anime.
