On a whim, I went to 'Haidilao' and used my 11th anniversary gift voucher. A Haidilao Feast!

My usual Haidilao order: A pot of Thai Tom Yum soup base (or tomato soup base) Half portion of crispy tofu skin rolls Half portion (or a full portion) of brown sugar glutinous rice cakes Half portion of blood curd I always feel stuffed to the brim after just these items. After the main meal, I indulge in Häagen-Dazs ice cream until I can barely move 🫠 (My favorite strawberry and matcha flavors were available that day). This time, I even redeemed a gift voucher for beef shoulder slices. I couldn't finish half of it and took it home with soup to eat for my next meal. I personally think Haidilao is perfect for soup lovers like me, and the staff regularly refilling the soup is so thoughtful~~ How do you guys order at Haidilao to get the best value? Or do you have any recommended must-try ingredients and sauce combinations that taste great?~~ Feel free to share with me~
