■ The Apothecary Diaries Season 3 ★★★★★ A mystery where the imperial consort's taster, Maomao, unravels strange court incidents with her pharmacology knowledge. The story heads to new horizons. A top contender for this season's hit. Starts Oct 2nd. ■ Ranma 1/2 Season 3 ★★★★☆ The third installment of Rumiko Takahashi's masterpiece remake. Produced by MAPPA. A chaotic martial arts romantic comedy about Ranma, who turns into a girl when splashed with water. With high ratings for seasons 1 and 2, it offers excellent stability. Airing on NTV from Oct 4th. ■ Black Clover Season 2 ★★★★ A classic shonen battle series where the magic-less boy Asta aims to become the Wizard King. A new series following a long hiatus. Starts Oct 3rd. ■ Dragon Ball Super: Beerus ★★★★ A few years after the Majin Buu Saga, the awakened God of Destruction, Beerus, appears before Goku. One of the few battle series that parents and children can watch together. Starts Oct 11th.

I've researched and compiled all the Fall anime starting in October. There are over 80 shows, so I'll be posting them one by one with synopses by genre. ※This post series was researched and written with the help of AI (Claude). Information is as of mid-September, and broadcast dates are subject to change. If you find any shows that catch your eye, please let me know! It'll be a series of posts, but shall we decide which anime to watch together?

This is the long-awaited anime adaptation of "The Masterpiece," by Minoru Toyoda, which won the Manga Taisho 2023 and the Shogakukan Manga Award. I got goosebumps from the sheer passion when the protagonist, who simply loved reading manga, decided to pick up a pen, inspired by meeting their idol mangaka and friends, thinking, 'I want to draw too.' The contrast between the peaceful scenery of Izu-Oshima and the intense 'obsession with creation' hidden in the characters' hearts is incredibly captivating. Including the lyrics and theme of Tatsuya Kitani's opening song '遺書' (Isho - Will/Testament), it perfectly encapsulates the essence of creation: 'leaving one's existence behind in a work.'

『 Kuzu no Honkai (Scum's Wish) 』 (The original manga is completed, and while the anime only goes partway, it ends at a good stopping point.) ~ Synopsis ~ It's a heartbreaking and messy romance story where high school students suffering from unrequited love repeatedly engage in twisted relationships to alleviate their individual "unfillable loneliness"! ~ Thoughts ~ This is a manga by Mengo Yokoyari, who is also in charge of the art for "Oshi no Ko"!!!! It's a feast for the eyes with beautiful art featuring only handsome and beautiful characters!!! Also, all the voice actors are a perfect fit and are wonderful! As the synopsis suggests, it's quite a messy anime, and since there are many scenes that seem like bed scenes, it's not a work I'd particularly recommend for children, but it's quite an interesting one. The opening is by 96Neko, and the ending is by Sayuri (Sanketsu Shoujo), and both fit the lyrics and atmosphere of the anime really well, which is great d(˙꒳˙* ))

Want to experience extreme thrills in a life-or-death death game? 🎮 "Death in the game = Death in reality" A blockbuster anime filled with despair and tension ⚔️ If you want to feel the suspense, check out the rest below 👇 【Rating】 Overall: ★★★★☆ Story: ★★★★☆ Animation: ★★★★★ Voice Acting: ★★★★★ Music: ★★★★★ Characters: ★★★★★ 【Synopsis】 A story about players trapped in a next-generation VR game world who aim to clear it at the risk of their lives to return to reality. Above all, the thrill of constantly being on the brink of death is the best! It's exciting, combined with the unique phenomena and settings of the game world ✨ There are quite a few sequels, but the first "SAO arc" is overwhelmingly recommended! Plus, the BGM is divine!! Yuki Kajiura, who also worked on "Madoka Magica," "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," "Fate/Zero," etc., is in charge, and it's goosebump-inducing! 🎶 There are many charming characters, but in the end, it becomes a harem situation for the protagonist, so it might be tough for those who dislike that... lol By the way, my favorite is "Yuuki" 💜 (She doesn't appear in the SAO arc, but you'll definitely cry buckets if you see her 😭) Please try experiencing this extreme world!

Have you guys decided what to watch this Fall season? I've definitely decided to watch 'The Apothecary Diaries', 'Aono-kun', 'Reincarnated as a Noble', and 'I Shall Now Make Everyone Turn to Me Just Because I Have the "Appraisal Skill"'. Personally, I'm curious about 'Reincarnated as a Goblin, but do you have any questions?'! Let me know your recommendations or what you'll be watching!

Synopsis Sagami Tsukiko, who designed "Maromi," a popular mascot character that heals the weary modern society, harbored darkness within her heart. Then, people influenced by Tsukiko are successively attacked by the rampaging "Shonen Bat," plunging the townspeople into terror. However, despite numerous victims and many witnesses, Shonen Bat seemed nowhere close to being caught. It's a unique work right from the opening. It's not a particularly bright story; it has elements of psychological horror and depicts the depths of the human psyche, making it a somewhat dark piece.

Back then, the only anime I could properly record within my available time was 'The Twelve Kingdoms'. I started watching around the first ten episodes, and sometimes missed recordings causing plot gaps, but I still remember rewatching it until the tape wore out. Watching it again, I do realize it's an old anime, but it's quite enjoyable if you just play it like a radio without watching. Lately, I've been constantly playing long-running anime that I know well, like 'HUNTER×HUNTER', 'Dragon Ball Super', and 'Ace of Diamond'. Since I know the content well, I can picture the scenes just by listening without watching, so I tend to choose anime I already know over new ones while working...

『 Kino's Journey 』 (The original novel continues, but the anime ends at a good stopping point. Since it's an episodic format, there's no particular lingering feeling.) ~Synopsis~ A story about the protagonist, Kino, a human, and Hermes, a talking motorcycle (motorado), who travel to various countries. Under the rule of staying in each country for only three days, they embark on journeys to different lands in an episodic narrative. ☆Thoughts☆ The original work is a light novel! There are actually two types of anime: the 2003 version (old) and the 2017 version (new)! The protagonist is the same, but the story and the voice actors are completely different! Since it's episodic, neither connects to the other, so it's okay to start with the 2017 new version! It's easy to watch because it's episodic, and the variety of countries is literally diverse, which makes it interesting(*´︶`)

There was a bit of talk about the anime 'pupa' in the comments. Ah, that brings back memories, I was thinking. The conversation was about, like, 'What's a gory anime?'... Was I the only one who thought 'pupa' was about sibling love and a gourmet anime...?
