Again?! Seriously, another guard... (´^ω^｀) *sigh* I guess I'm hated.

【Colleague A】 The one who goes to the restroom too often & stays too long. Goes right after arriving in the morning, right after returning from lunch break, and right before leaving for the day. Furthermore, goes 1-2 more times between morning to noon, and noon to evening. And they don't come out for about 10 minutes. (Not because it's far, but within the same room, visible distance) 【Colleague B】 The one who eats snacks during work. I can tolerate hard candy, but they even eat clearly crunchy snacks like senbei? The smell also reaches you because they're right in front. 【Colleague C】 The one who can't give advance notice. Casually says things like, 'I'll be taking the afternoon off today,' before lunch. Or, 'I'm taking tomorrow off,' when leaving. They always say it the day before. 【Colleague D】 The one who studies for exams all day. I'm not saying you shouldn't study for exams. However, if your hands are free, I'd appreciate at least a word like, 'Is there anything I can help with?' I'm taking the exam too. But I can't because my workload doesn't decrease. Felt a bit better after writing thisꉂ🤣𐤔

I have a child with an intellectual disability at home. They require a lot of care. Both my spouse and I work, and we share household chores, but I'm always spoken to condescendingly. And the words are really harsh. Even if it's directed at the child, hearing it makes me uncomfortable. When I say, 'Shut up,' I get about five times worse back. They say we don't communicate in our household. Am I the only one who doesn't feel like talking to someone like that?

It's been about 3.5 years since I quit my job and started my first job hunt in August. The new place turned out to be incredibly demanding. I had to take a leave of absence due to mental health issues and then resigned. They told me they'd take that into consideration and be accommodating when I decided to join, but their work methods showed absolutely no consideration. As a result, I relapsed after just a little over a month and had to go on leave again... What happened to that promise of accommodation? So, I'm quitting again this month, and while I'm taking a break, I plan to consult with an agent again to find a new workplace... However, there are so many job sites out there, I'm not sure where to even start. Quite a few people around me are also changing jobs, but I'm still worried if things will work out, as it really depends on timing and luck...

Lately, or rather, I haven't even said that much, so why does 'Guard' keep popping up... why?

I really want to lecture my superior. We're always short-staffed with part-timers, and this is the Silver Week holiday. You can easily imagine that I'm the one handling customer service instead of part-timers during this period, without you needing to be told. But, the deadline for the report you requested was before Silver Week started, right? It was you who submitted it after Silver Week began because you couldn't make the deadline. And it was you who submitted it in a way that required confirmation, with some deficiencies. So when I sent you a work LINE message for confirmation, you can't check LINE? If that's the case, please submit it before the deadline properly? Or, add a note in the submission email stating that this is a special case and it's definitely correct. Then there would be no need for exchanges on the work LINE, right? Stop reading messages without replying? If you don't have time to type, call me when you've read it? Given your position, you should be allowed to go into the back office for 5-10 minutes between customers for administrative tasks, right? You can make a call there, can't you? This is such a waste of time... I wish you'd stop.

I wrote about my husband yesterday... It got deleted by the admins... Was the content of my post the problem? It was a post implying I suspect there's a reason behind his actions. He's close to retirement, so he won't get tested now, and I'm grateful he's been the sole breadwinner supporting our family for years, but... I still suspect him. It's important to strengthen measures against cyberbullying on social media these days, but if words are restricted, you can't convey what you want to say... Especially with Japanese, there are too many words that are considered NG overseas... My child has a developmental disability, but just adding the character '児' (child) makes it an NG word... I don't know if it's reacting to the pronunciation with a different kanji, or if it's recognized as having harm in the literal sense of the kanji. If it was deleted this time, it means the AI judged 'breadwinner' as a malicious term. Or maybe it's because I omitted 'developmental' and only wrote 'breadwinner'? If it wasn't deleted this time, it must have reacted to the word 'breadwinner'... AI moderation is too early for Japan when it flags perfectly normal Japanese sentences as NG...

My wife's grandmother passed away, and since her name was engraved on the tombstone, we went for a grave visit. Our family grave is a bit far, and there was traffic, so we left at 9:30 AM and arrived at 12 PM. We had a meal with relatives, visited the grave, and got home at 5 PM. I was the one driving, of course. The family slept or something, and we finally got home. Even though I was told to rest because I must be tired, when my youngest child, who has an intellectual disability, started doing various things, my wife started yelling. It was really noisy. I couldn't rest and was taking care of my youngest, but I kept hearing complaints and grumbling from afar about the youngest child. So noisy.

Lately, my daughter's been going out all the time and doing whatever she wants. My blood pressure is in the 80s, and I feel dizzy just moving around. When she comes home, she complains, 'I'm hungry' or 'My head hurts' about dinner. I do make it for her, but when I ask her to heat it up, she says she's tired and asks if I can do it. If I manage to get it done, she spills soup on the floor and gets yelled at. That's my daughter for you, only thinking one way. She has ADHD... Isn't she too old for this? Because we're parent and child, emotions get involved, and I get angry regardless of her condition. I wouldn't feel this way if she were a stranger. I could go on, but it'll be over soon anyway. We're both at fault. I know that, but still.
