Listening to it again now, it still sounds so good. After all, I was only in elementary school back then haha, Back then, I just simply thought 'This song is good'. Now that I've grown up and listen again, I realize some songs weren't that I didn't understand them before, it's just that I hadn't experienced them yet. Before, I was listening to a good song, Now, I'm listening to a song with a story. Listening to the same song again after so many years, the feeling is truly completely different.

I was in high school when I first heard his cover, and it's been so long in the blink of an eye!! https://youtu.be/Le7P137dSYU?si=icRbNDRSgiKzePyg

• Mayday - "Suddenly Missing You So Much": A classic rock ballad that accompanied countless people through their youth and love lives. • Cyndi Wang - "Love You": A sweet and upbeat melody that evokes sweet memories of the 2000s.

Before starring in "Pearl Life," she had actually suffered from depression. After starring in "Pearl Life," because the character was in a very repressed and painful state for a long time, many people felt that she seemed to have brought herself into the role and couldn't get out for a long time. So looking back at "Pearl Life" now, it really breaks my heart. Watching her cry every day back then, that heart-wrenching emotion, I used to wonder if she had fallen into the role herself... Later, when I heard "Dewdrop," and thought of Yang Ke-han, I still felt an indescribable sadness. She truly acted Pearl so real, so deeply.

Song: Time after time ~In the Town Where Flowers Dance~ (Detective Conan Movie: Crossroad in the Ancient Capital Theme Song) Vocals: Mai Kuraki Lyrics: Mai Kuraki Music: Aika Ohno Arrangement: Cybersound Thanks to Assam 91.'s post, I found this website, where you can see the Chinese translation of the lyrics https://www.marumaru-x.com/japanese-song/play-ywn137jo7l 🌸 《 Time after time ～花舞う街で～ 》 🌸 Among Mai Kuraki's theme songs for the Conan anime series, this is my favorite 🎶 Not only are the lyrics and melody beautiful and moving, but the movie is also Heiji and Kazuha's story! 🍁✨ ⛩️ Kyoto • Cherry Blossoms Falling The lyrics are set in an ancient capital where cherry blossoms bloom and fall 🌸 Depicting longing for precious past memories and the hope of meeting again ⏳ The whole song conveys a beautiful, melancholic yet gently firm emotion 🌙 It perfectly echoes the emotional arc of Heiji and Kazuha in the movie 💌 This is why I've always deeply loved this song ❤️ Mai Kuraki's live performance is truly amazing.

A Taiwanese rap song about returning to one's hometown. Playing it in the morning slowly wakes me up. For some reason, as I listen, I'm reminded of my school days. Life back then was truly simple and unpretentious. There weren't as many things to worry about as there are now. Every day was just classes, going home, hanging out with friends. Time passed slowly, but it had a certain flavor. Now, when I occasionally hear Taiwanese songs like this, memories I haven't thought of for a long time resurface one by one. https://youtu.be/jUB5welU6bE?si=Kehbobdm7O5xlQc_

Artist: YOASOBI Song Title: Seventeen (セブンティーン) Lyrics/Composition: Ayase Release Date: March 27, 2023 Album: THE BOOK 3 Lyrics Translation: https://www.marumaru-x.com/japanese-song/play-e4oy5yz0n3 Recommended Listen: https://youtu.be/0yoM7ETNPIY?si=9mrwRjndNhymhR5F&t=74 This is a special project song inspired by the novel 'Different Colored Playing Cards' (色違いのトランプ) by Naoki Prize-winning author Miyuki Miyabe. It's included in the book 'The First...' (はじめての), which features stories created by four authors—Rio Shimamoto, Mizuki Tsujimura, Miyuki Miyabe, and Eto Mori—all centered around the theme of 'first times.' Each story corresponds to one of four YOASOBI songs. While you can guess the general story structure by watching the MV, I won't spoil the details. I pulled Miyuki Miyabe's version from the collectible playlist card that came with the book, which was this song, 'Seventeen' (セブンティーン). It was like a sneak peek. Listening to it while reading the novel, I found myself humming it before I knew it. Paired with today's date 1️⃣7️⃣, I recommend it to friends who like YOASOBI.
