Hello Nico is a Taiwanese indie band that gained attention with their debut album "Familiar Desolation" in 2014. "Flower" is included in this album. When you first hear "Flower," it's easy to mistake it for a song about romantic love. However, the lead singer once mentioned that the song is actually about a close friend who is a woman. They had an argument, but what truly hurt wasn't the fight itself. It was the fact that after the argument, there was still an opportunity to mend their relationship. But at that moment, neither of them made a move. So, time slowly pushed them apart, until they finally realized that the "I'm sorry" they could have said back then had nowhere left to go.
