Monthly Lunar Haircut Day
I haven't tried it myself, but seeing this post, it just so happens to be the lunar seventh month, so I didn't get a haircut.

Seahorse Fun Facts
Name Origin: Seahorses are named for their horse-like heads, with a curved head and a body at nearly a right angle. The scientific name Hippocampus comes from the "horse-headed sea monster" in Greek mythology. Extremely Slow Swimmers, Extremely Fast Hunters: Seahorses are among the slowest swimming fish in the world, yet they can inhale their prey (like copepods) faster than a human blinks. Monogamous and Hand-Holding: Most seahorses mate for life, and they "hold hands" by intertwining their tails and dancing each morning to strengthen their bond. No Stomach or Teeth: Seahorses have a very simple digestive tract with no teeth or stomach, requiring them to eat constantly to survive (up to 50 times a day).

((Data Consolidation Re-upload)) Store-bought Soy Milk Doesn't Spoil Because It Has Preservatives??
Faced with such questions, the immediate thought is often that packaged soy milk contains "preservatives" so it lasts a long time, or that the freshly ground soy milk from market stalls is "healthier." But.... is that really the case😊? Let me tell you🤓 **Legally, preservatives are not allowed in soy milk, and violators face fines of 3 to 30 million KRW.** The significant difference in shelf life mainly comes down to two key factors: "sterilization methods" and "filling and packaging": 1. Difference in Sterilization Temperature and Time Market soy milk is typically processed by "heating and boiling." While this kills most pathogenic bacteria, it cannot completely eliminate highly heat-resistant spores, and prolonged boiling at high temperatures doesn't achieve a completely sterile state. Convenience store soy milk often uses high-temperature sterilization technology, rapidly killing microbes in seconds at temperatures above 130°C, effectively reducing the number of microorganisms and spores to a very low level. 2. Filling Environment and Packaging Material After being boiled, market soy milk is often cooled and bagged in an open environment, making it highly susceptible to "secondary contamination" from airborne bacteria and droplets. Convenience store soy milk operates under a "sterile filling system" combined with multi-layer composite barrier packaging, thoroughly blocking light, oxygen, and microbial invasion. Furthermore, if market soy milk is not refrigerated below 7°C immediately after cooling, residual bacteria will rapidly multiply and break down proteins, causing the soy milk to turn sour, clump, and spoil. Convenience store soy milk, thanks to strict, continuous cold chain logistics and sterile sealing, can achieve long-term preservation.

Odor Removal
I saw this online one day and decided to give it a try. Wow! It works so well. My microwave always had tiny yellow spots that wouldn't come off no matter how much I cleaned, and it had an oily smell. After using this cleaning method, my microwave is spotless and odor-free. You guys should check it out if you need it.

It's not recommended for kids to drink too much Yakult
Can kids drink Yakult? Kids can have small amounts of Yakult occasionally, but due to its high sugar content, it's not recommended to drink it frequently or in large quantities. Why is it not recommended to drink a lot? Excessive Sugar: A small bottle of Yakult contains about 16 grams of sugar (equivalent to 3 sugar cubes). This can exceed the recommended daily sugar intake for young children. Cavities and Obesity: Consistently consuming too much sugar can easily lead to obesity, cavities, and even affect healthy habits. Probiotic Myth: Although it contains lactic acid bacteria, the negative effects of the sugar content outweigh the benefits, and it shouldn't be relied upon to solve constipation.

Flavored Yogurt: Excessive Sugar Content Can Harm Gut Health
Many people buy yogurt hoping to supplement with "probiotics" to aid digestion and relieve constipation. However, commercially available flavored yogurts often contain large amounts of sugar, artificial flavors, and thickeners. These ingredients can disrupt the balance of gut bacteria, negatively impacting digestive and immune functions. Long-term excessive consumption may even lead to obesity and metabolic issues! How to choose healthier yogurt? Start by opting for unsweetened Greek yogurt. If you find the taste plain, you can add fresh fruit or a small amount of honey to enhance the flavor, which helps avoid consuming excessive unnecessary sugars. When purchasing, be sure to carefully check the ingredient list and avoid options that include added sugars like fructose, artificial flavors, or thickeners!

How to Descend Stairs While Reducing Impact on Your Legs
When descending, just like ascending, always remember to keep the width between your legs wider than your pelvis and land on your toes. Imagine your pelvis swinging left and right, leading your feet down the stairs. This method helps maintain upper body stability while reducing damage to your leg muscles. If your front foot lands in the center of your body when descending, your upper body will become unstable, increasing the risk of falling. Elderly individuals should be particularly careful. Descending stairs can create the illusion that it doesn't strain your muscles, but it's actually the opposite. Research by Professor Masayoshi Yamamoto of the Department of Sports Life Science at Kanoya University of Sports and Health indicates that descending stairs causes the greatest impact on the legs compared to walking on flat ground, ascending, or even running. In an experiment involving climbing 600 steps of the Tokyo Tower, participants were divided into an 'ascending group' and a 'descending group.' The next day, only the 'descending group' reported muscle soreness and fatigue. Point: When descending, the landing position of your front foot should be wider than your pelvis, and you should land on your toes.

The Stair-Climbing Method That Won't Tire You Out
Are you exhausted after climbing a long flight of stairs? It's natural to feel tired because most people put a significant strain on their thigh muscles when going upstairs. If you remember the following method, you won't be out of breath, no matter how long the stairs are. 【Stair-Climbing Method That Won't Tire You Out】 Place your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart. Land with your entire foot. Use your pelvis to drive your body upward, moving it from side to side. Simultaneously swing your spine left and right while keeping your head centered.

✏️✨【Today's Fun Fact | Pencil Lead Isn't Actually Made of Lead! It's Graphite and Clay】📚💗
✏️✨【Today's Fun Fact | Pencil Lead Isn't Actually Made of Lead!】 Did you know? Despite being called a "pencil," the lead in the pencils we use is mainly made of graphite and clay, not actual lead! 😲✏️ Graphite leaves a black mark on paper when rubbed, which is how it allows us to write and draw. Turns out "pencil" is just a name; there's no lead inside. The name was the deepest secret! 🤣 FYI 🥰 When people first discovered graphite, they mistakenly thought it was a type of lead. So, when they later made writing tools, they kept the name "pencil." Even after they knew the core was made of graphite and clay, the name "pencil" had been used for so long and everyone was used to it, so it stuck! ✏️📚✨ 🌷 A heartwarming little wish for your happy days: Life is like a pencil. It's okay to make mistakes sometimes; just change direction and keep going. May you draw your own happiness and joy every day.💗🍀✨
